Welcome to the UMR-ACUHO 2022 Annual Conference!


The UMR-ACUHO Leadership Team and Committee Members are excited to have you join us for our in-person Annual Conference experience! The UMR-ACUHO Fall Experience will include program sessions presented by members from around the region, a keynote speaker, the annual business meeting, awards and of course, the popular UMR Encore session.

Conference Meal Options

During the registration process, attendees will be able choose from the following options during the registration process.


Wednesday Dinner – all will include tossed salad/ice cream sundae bar

* Braised Short Ribs

  • Burgundy Braised boneless short rib in mushroom demi-glace with parmesan truffle mased potatoes and roasted baby tri-colored carrots

* French Roasted Chicken

  • Oven roasted airline chicken breast in a white wine butter sauce with garlic mashed potatoes and haricot verts

* Quinoa Stuffed Portabella (vegan/gf)

  • Balsamic roasted portabella mushroom stuffed with quinoa pilaf served with side

Thursday Luncheon

* Macaroni and Cheese Lunch buffet– tossed salad/dessert included

  • Cavatappi Pasta in a reach and creamy cheese sauce with garlic bread and chicken for toppings.

* Southwest Burrito Bowl (vegan/gf)

  • Spanish rice, black beans and pinto beans topped with shredded romaine, pico de gallo, guacamole, and cotija cheese served with chips and salsa.

Friday Brunch

* Chef-Crafted Brunch

  • Cheesy scrambled eggs, double smoked bacon, applewood ham, creamy parmesan hashbrowns, crème Brulé French toast, fried chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, fresh fruit, assorted pastries, and house-made cinnamon and caramel rolls
